This is my go-to summer dinner party menu. The combination of chimichurri and grilled flank steak just oozes easy breezy, fresh summer flavor. One of the things I love most about it is that each recipe really utilizes the bounty of summer fruits, vegetables, and herbs, and allows them to play starring roles in their dishes.
